Terms and Conditions for wlnbd — Know Before You Play

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the wlnbd platform in any capacity — whether through the website at wlnbd.vip or through the wlnbd mobile application — you are entering into a legally binding agreement with wlnbd. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and wlnbd.

If you are using wlnbd on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. wlnbd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are written in plain English to make them as clear as possible for our Bangladeshi users. If you have any questions about what any section means, please contact the wlnbd support team before proceeding.

2Eligibility

To register and use wlnbd, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing wlnbd from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a wlnbd employee.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently banned wlnbd account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

wlnbd may request proof of age or identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, wlnbd reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. This is a standard industry practice and is not a reflection on any individual player.

3Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one wlnbd account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, and a phone number that you have access to. wlnbd uses this information to verify your identity and to process payments. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. wlnbd will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact wlnbd support immediately.

wlnbd accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person under any circumstances.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

wlnbd processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though wlnbd may apply enhanced verification for large transactions.

Deposits are credited to your wlnbd account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is immediate, but occasional delays of up to 30 minutes may occur during peak periods.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the same account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

wlnbd does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside wlnbd's control. wlnbd is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

If a withdrawal is requested to a payment method that is no longer active, wlnbd will contact you to arrange an alternative. In such cases, additional identity verification may be required before the withdrawal is processed.

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on wlnbd are subject to the specific rules of the market in which they are placed. These rules are displayed within the platform at the time of placing a bet. By confirming a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable market rules.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. wlnbd reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play has occurred.
• The bet was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error.
• There is evidence that the bet was placed using information not available to the general public at the time of placement (insider information).
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

wlnbd settles all bets based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute about a result, wlnbd's decision — made in good faith based on available official information — is final.

Winnings are credited to your wlnbd account balance immediately after settlement. There is no delay between settlement and the funds becoming available for withdrawal.

6Bonuses and Promotions

wlnbd offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms and Conditions when you opt into a promotion.

Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your wlnbd account. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement for wlnbd welcome bonuses is stated clearly in the promotion details.

wlnbd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine betting intent, or using automated tools to place bets.

Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering requirements, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. If you are unsure whether a particular betting strategy qualifies under a promotion, contact wlnbd support before proceeding.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on wlnbd and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate odds, exploit technical errors, or take advantage of system vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the wlnbd platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Accessing wlnbd from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the wlnbd platform.

wlnbd monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. If suspicious activity is detected, wlnbd may freeze the account pending investigation without prior notice. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

8Account Suspension and Closure

wlnbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that prevent wlnbd from continuing to offer services to a particular user.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach, wlnbd will investigate and notify you of the outcome within a reasonable period. If the investigation finds no breach, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released. If a breach is confirmed, wlnbd may permanently close the account and forfeit any remaining balance.

You may close your wlnbd account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met.

9Responsible Gaming

wlnbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their betting activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings at any time.

If you feel that your betting is becoming a problem, wlnbd strongly encourages you to use these tools or contact the support team for assistance. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the wlnbd platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the intellectual property of wlnbd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any wlnbd content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of wlnbd's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

wlnbd provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. wlnbd is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Delays in bet settlement caused by third-party data providers.
• Losses resulting from bets placed in error by the player.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

In all cases, wlnbd's maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Betting involves risk, and wlnbd is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through normal use of the platform.

12Changes to These Terms

wlnbd may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, wlnbd will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of wlnbd after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
